Hudson Valley Farm & Food Business Accelerator

Access mentoring, training, funding, and new market opportunities

How do you propel your business into a viable and sustainable business model?

It takes a thoughtful blend of business and financial planning, management, marketing, capacity building, and — most importantly — access to capital.

Developed by the Hudson Valley AgriBusiness Development Corporation, the Hudson Valley Farm & Food Business Accelerator is an intensive 6-month program that includes online training activities, expert instruction, one-on-one mentoring sessions, group interaction and industry networking events.

Participants will learn how to talk to investors, discover new market opportunities, and pitch to potential funders in spring 2017.

It's designed for Hudson Valley farmers and food entrepreneurs to connect with a growing network of New York City and Hudson Valley-based funders that are seeking to invest in ventures that support the local food system.

Antidote founder Scott Tillitt and frequent collaborator Ajax Greene are facilitating key elements of the program and serve as mentors.

Application deadline: Aug 15.
